Been SICK!

Okay, I have been so slack on this whole blogging thing but believe me this time I do have a pretty good excuse....I am expecting baby # 3 and have been SO sick...from the time I wake up til' the time I go to bed I am sick. I am 10 weeks so hopefully this will soon pass. But all in all Ryan and I, oh and of course the girls are SOOOOOO excited. We are feel so blessed to be able to have children, and I will take whatever God gives me with this pregnancy because the end result is a new little blessing.

Hair Cuts

Well, I took the girls to Doolittle's to get hair cuts. Emma Grace was so proud, Kiley on the other hand didn't want her hair cut. She wants to grow it out, I explained to her you have to trim it to keep it growing. When the lady was done cutting her hair she said she didn't like it and was doing to wear a hat to school so people wouldn't stare at her. Where did she come from? I love both of their new cuts and that's all that matters, right?! :)

Emma's New Bunk Bed

Well, Emma Grace got her Bunk Bed. She loves it. I can't believe she is already in a "Big Girl Bed". It feels like yesterday putting the crib up and decorating the nursery for her arrival. Well, with the 3rd on the way we will be putting that crib up and decorating a nursery all over again!

Trick-or-Treat

Here are some pictures of the girls in their Halloween costumes. Emma Grace was a witch and Kiley was her cat. My cousin Kate came with us to Trick or Treat she was a monkey! First we headed to our very good friend's house "The Walser's". They feed us the best chili in town. We then headed out with what seemed like hundreds of kids, our neighborhood has grown so much. It was the best Halloween yet! And Jeremy what's for dinner next week??? j/k it's our turn next:)

Pumpkin Carving

The girls wanted to carve the pumpkin the day we got it (which was about 3 weeks ago). I told them we had to wait closer to Halloween so it would last. Finally the day came and I could cut into it. They didn't like what was in it. Kate (my cousin) was elbows deep in but my girls well, they stuck their fingers in a couple times. They don't like anything slimmy sticky or dirty. Thanks to Kate I wasn't the only one left doing the "dirty work".

Pumpkin Patch

We went a couple weeks ago to the Pumpkin Patch. I know it's been a while, but I love this picture of the girls and wanted to include it!

Funny Faces

The girls have been spending a lot of time together since Kiley is on school break. Well, since Kiley has started this "funny face making", Emma Grace being the little sister has totally picked up on it. Lately, when I get the camera out the faces start. It is so funny. Thought I'd share the pictures.

Wow, a new chapter!

Well, sorry I have not updated in a while. Our lives have been rather hectic. Ryan started a new job or shall I say career with Kleen Pro. Ryan is on first shift....Yeah!!! He absolutely loves Kleen Pro. Kiley has been out on Fall Break for the past week and we are adjusting to the changes. Kiley will go back the 15th so things will be back on some what of a schedule by then. The girls love daddy being here in the mornings and at night, and I love it to. I am very happy with this exciting change and feel it will bring good to our family. I have decide to cut back on my cleaning business and spend more time with my girls. I am going to try to sub at Emma Grace's school and volunteer at Kiley's school. I am the room mom for both their classes so having more time to be at the schools was my goal, yeah it's happening. I thank God for the wonderful blessing he has given us! We are so lucky to have such great friends and family surrounding us. You guys are the BEST!

A Great Weekend!

This weekend we headed down to Greenville, SC to visit The Cain Family. Ryan has been best friends with the main Cain, Brian since childhood. They are a great family. I love hanging out with Jenn the mommy and only girl in the household of 4 boys (her husband and their 3 boys). Our kids adore their boys and all the boy toys they were surrounded with. Emma Grace loves cars, trucks, robots, blocks...Kiley loves babies and Sam their soon to be 2 year old stole her heart (and mine too). They also have Alex who is 5 and Jack who is 4, and one on the way! Maybe a girl to give Jenn a little pink in the house. On Saturday, Jenn, her mom, me and all the kids went to "Walking With Dinosaurs". I thought my girls would be scarred but they loved every minute of it. Well except the noise level, Emma could grab a hand full of popcorn, shove it in her mouth and immediately sick her fingers back in her ears without hesitation. The guys went to the Clemson football game and had a blast. Sunday we went to church with them and headed home, but on the way I couldn't resist stopping at the Gaffney Outlets. Of course when we arrived they were closed and would not open for another hour and 15 mins. Ryan said we could stay and wait it out. I know he just wanted to get home but he knew I really wanted to get in that Pottery Barn Outlet. I couldn't stop looking in the window. They had a merry-go-round and a playground so we let the kids play for a while and with 20 mins to go I couldn't take it anymore. I suggested we head home and I could make it a girls shopping weekend. Ryan was very fine with that. At least the girls got to play at the playground for a while, I got to "window shop" literally and hey next time I go I know exactly where to park to get to Pottery Barn. Oh yeah, and the hours of operation:) We arrived home in just enough time to unpack and go to Kiley's soccer game. We had a great weekend. Thanks Brian, Jenn and the boys. We had a BLAST!

My Baby turned 3!

Emma Grace turned 3 on Monday, so we had a party for her at the park Saturday. All her friends came. They all seem to have a blast! Emma loved all the gifts. She just couldn't stop playing with one to open the next. Thanks everyone for coming. I can't beleive my baby is 3. Wow, where did the time go.

Summer's End

We went to the Carolina Beach for Labor Day weekend, with my mom, sister and her husband and my grandparents. My birthday was on the 4th, along with my mom's and grandfather's so we decided to take advantage of it. It was so nice to get away. It was so nice spending time with the whole family. Ryan was so good, he entertained the kids the whole time. I am not a fan of the ocean, unless I can see right into the water, so I stayed way up on shore (except for the picture). The girls loved it....well Emma Grace did, Kiley is a shore girl like me. Every time Emma would run into the water, Kiley would run after her screaming "NO, Emma the waves will get you!" Anyone who knows Emma, well they know her reaction, she looks at Kiley, smiles and keeps on going. My Kids are like night and day. Kiley is very cautious of her surrounding and is a people pleaser. She never wants anyone to be left out of feel sad. She thinks twice before making any decisions. Emma Grace on the other hand, well she is very spunky, she is free spirted and enjoys every minute of life. She is a go with the flow kind of girl. She acts and then sometimes thinks unlike her sister who always thinks and then acts. I wouldn't change a thing about either one of them. They are amazing and made my Birthday trip at the beach truly a great memory.
